1. From the time I place my order, how long will it be before I receive it?

We ship across the world so your delivery time depends on your location. For all orders within the USA, please allow 7 – 14 business days for delivery. Canada, Europe 6-12 business days for delivery. Australia, New Zealand 10-30 business days for delivery. All Others 15-45 business days for delivery. This doesn’t include our 1 day processing time.

2. Is my payment secure at Canvas N' Brushes shop?

Yes. We are using an SSL Encryption Certificate – SSL is a security protocol thatallows sensitive information such as credit card numbers and login credentials to be transmitted securely. In addition we use the worlds most popular and secure way of processing payment – PayPal.

3. I just placed my order but decided that I want to cancel it. What do I need to do?

To cancel your order, we must hear from not more than 6 hours after you made a purchase. Otherwise your order will be processed and shipped out according to our terms.

5. How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Contact us within 1day after placing an order. So we can adjust the your order.

6. What do I do if I never received my order?

If you haven’t received your order within the specified delivery time, kindly double check the shipping tracking number. You are more than welcome to contact the shipping provider regarding shipping issues.
